With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you the customer. This means that for any reason should you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it to us within this timeframe in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached. Once we have checked it over we will refund your money within 30 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the returned item. This offer in non-transferable. Please contact us at via the options below before returning goods to obtain a relevant returns reference to avoid any delay in dealing with your returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be completed and submitted to us above. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

The new All-mountain Guide is the love child of two innovative and revered product lines, the 1x and XCG. Perfectly suited to the increasingly popular all-mountain segment, the All-mountain Guide features MRP's patented integrated skid protection and shares the freshly updated upper guide from the G3, but lacks a lower retention mechanism. The All-mountain Guide is a great choice for 5-6" travel bikes when used with the latest tensioned rear derailleurs or on its own for shorter-travel trail bikes or hardtails that require bash protection. The contact-free, "upper-only" chain retention means the All-mountain Guide will be virtually silent and completely drag-free when pedaling. The patented integrated skid will protect your crank and chainring and prevent the chain from ever contacting and potentially damaging your expensive frame.
