Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you the customer. This means that for any reason should you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it to us within this timeframe in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached. Once we have checked it over we will refund your money within 30 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the returned item. This offer in non-transferable. Please contact us at via the options below before returning goods to obtain a relevant returns reference to avoid any delay in dealing with your returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be completed and submitted to us above. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

Our challenge with the Integra 35 stems, was to keep the strength, stiffness and durability of the larger 35mm diameter package at the same weight as the 31.8mm equivalent.

Features:

  • The strength, stiffness and durability were all matched to the 31.8mm equivalent, with and average of just 1.5g added to the integra.
  • The new Integra 35 direct mount stems feature the same lightweight, 6-bolt design as the original Integra II and Renthal have improved the structure of the stem.
  • The Integra 35 uses the same C-shape clamping system as the apex stem range, which has been increased in size to cope with the demands of top level DH racing. The use of two independent, C-shape handlebar clamps allows the stem body material to be reduced to a minimum, whilst maintaining an incredibly stiff and strong structure.
  • The ultra-wide, 64mm handlebar clamping area increases torsional rigidity and the use of just six bolts vastly reduces overall weight. In addition, the uninterupted clamp on the underside of the handlebar eliminates stress risers found on most other clamps, which can lead to handlebar failure.
  • The size range has also now increased to include 45mm and 50mm lengths. Both of which are available in either zero rise or +10mm rise giving you four options:
    • 45 x zero. Length 45mm. Rise zero. Bar clamp 35mm.
    • 45 x +10mm. Length 45mm. Rise +10mm. Bar clamp 35mm.
    • 50 x zero. Length 50mm. Rise zero. Bar clamp 35mm.
    • 50 x +10mm. Length 50mm. Rise +10mm. Bar clamp 35mm.
  • All of them suit Boxxer/IS.

    • 45mm x 10mm: 156g
    • 50mm x zero: 157g
    • 50mm x 10mm: 177g
